SUPPORTED LIVING

Our supported living program provides residents with a home-away-from-home environment where they are assisted in managing their own tenancy while enjoying the advantages of communal living.

ADULT LIVE-IN CARE

This is an important alternative to residential care. As we become older, many of us wish to remain as independent as possible whilst staying in our own homes, amongst familiar surroundings.

LEARNING DISABILITY & MENTAL HEALTH

St. Christopher Care, to ensure the optimization of our learning disability service, we closely interact and engage with our clients based on person-centered planning. Essentially, our goal is to encourage positive behavior, provide support, and work toward recovery.
